We supply both government and private-sector clients and additionally source items from verified partners upon request. 2. Products, Sourcing & Descriptions

We supply items based on availability, specifications shared in tenders, or direct requests from clients. Product descriptions, specifications, and images on the Site or in quotations are provided for guidance and may vary slightly based on supplier batches or manufacturer updates. Where an item is unavailable after an order or tender award, we will notify you and offer an equivalent alternative subject to your approval.

3. Pricing, Quotations & Payments

All prices are in Kenyan Shillings (KES). Prices provided in quotations or invoices remain valid only for the period stated in the document. Payment terms depend on the nature of supply: cash orders require full payment before dispatch, while tendered contracts or corporate supply agreements follow the agreed payment schedule. Payments may be made through M-Pesa, bank transfer, or other approved channels.

4. Order Processing & Confirmation

An order is considered confirmed once we acknowledge it via email, SMS, call, or a signed LPO/contract. Sourcing and processing timelines vary depending on product availability, supplier location, and volume. If any ordered item cannot be sourced within the communicated timeframe, we will alert you and provide alternative options or a refund where applicable.

5. Delivery & Fulfillment

We deliver within Kenya using company transport, contracted riders, bus services, or couriers. Delivery charges depend on order size and destination. Delivery timelines will be communicated in advance and may be affected by supplier delays, transport issues, or unforeseen circumstances. Responsibility for delivered goods transfers to the client upon receipt, unless otherwise stated in a supply contract.

6. Returns, Replacements & Refunds

We accept returns for defective, damaged, or wrong items delivered. Issues must be reported within 48 hours of delivery. Returned items must be unused and in their original packaging. Refunds, replacements, or corrections are processed after inspection and verification. Refunds may take 3–7 business days depending on payment method. Custom or specially sourced items may not be eligible for return unless defective.

7. Tender-Based Supplies

For tendered orders, all deliverables will follow specifications outlined in the tender documents and any subsequent written agreements. Changes to scope, quantities, or timelines must be communicated in writing. Penalties, warranties, and service levels stated in tender contracts take precedence over these general Terms where applicable.

8. Intellectual Property

All site content including text, pricing layouts, photos, logos, and documents belongs to Gerarui Enterprises Ltd. No part of the Site may be reproduced, adapted, or reused without written permission from the company.

9. Limitation of Liability

Gerarui Enterprises Ltd is not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising from delays, supplier shortages, courier issues, or misuse of supplied products. Our maximum liability for any claim relating to delivered goods or services will not exceed the value of the affected order or item.

10. Privacy & Data Usage

We collect necessary information such as contact details, delivery locations, and business credentials strictly for processing orders or fulfilling contracts. All personal data is handled according to the Kenya Data Protection Act (2019). We do not share client information with third parties unless required for delivery or legally mandated.

11. Promotions & Special Offers

Any discounts or promotions communicated through the Site or directly are subject to availability and validity periods. We reserve the right to modify or cancel promotional offers in case of errors or misuse.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Kenya. Disputes should first be addressed through mutual negotiation. If unresolved, they will be handled within the jurisdiction of Kenyan courts.
